Name, phone, email, delivery address, and a photograph of your licence and passport at handover. For card bookings we store only the gateway reference — never the card number.
Thai law requires a rental operator to verify licence and identity before handing over a vehicle, and to keep a record of who was driving.
Booking records and licence checks are retained for the period Thai tax and insurance rules require, then deleted.
Our insurer if there is a claim. The police if there is an accident or offence. The payment gateway for card transactions. Nobody else.
You can ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. We respond within 30 days.
