Phuket has no shortage of rental shops. What it has fewer of is operators who own their vehicles rather than brokering someone else's, who tell you the excess before you sign, and who answer the phone at nine on a Sunday when a tyre goes down near Chalong.
The matte-black fleet started as a preference and became the point. It is how guests spot us at the airport, and it is a standing reminder that presentation and maintenance are the same discipline.
Nothing on this site is brokered from another yard. If we list it, it is in our garage and we are responsible for it.
Insurance, helmets and delivery are already in the number you see. Nothing new appears when you get to the handover.
Holding a passport as security is illegal in Thailand and we do not do it, whatever anyone else on the island tells you.

Each unit has its own interval and its own log. When one is due it comes off the booking calendar until the work is signed off.
Tyres, brakes, lights, fluids and a wash before every handover — not weekly, every single time a vehicle comes back.
A two-minute walkaround at handover, recorded on the agreement. Anything already marked is never charged to you.
We sell vehicles on before they become tired. It costs us margin and saves you a roadside wait.
